Short Version

KinkPerf is designed for intentional, unlisted sharing. The service stores the list content you save and the account data needed to keep your own lists editable. It does not create a public directory of shared lists, and it does not sell list data or run behavioral advertising.

Unlisted links are private by obscurity, not encryption. Anyone who receives a shared link can view the list at that link.

List Data

KinkPerf stores the kinklist ratings you save, the title you choose, the taxonomy version used by that list, and the slug needed to open the saved list later. Lists pin to the taxonomy version they were created with so historical list rendering stays stable.

Anonymous saved lists are permanent and read-only. Account-owned lists are editable by the signed-in owner and can be shared through an unlisted link.

Account Data

If you create an account, KinkPerf stores your username, password hash, optional email address, session records, account role, the lists attached to your account, and the shared lists you favourite. Email is optional; username and password sign-in works without providing an email address.

Session cookies are used to keep you signed in, protect account actions, and recognize anonymous draft ownership before a list is saved.

View Metrics

KinkPerf records basic metrics for shared list views: visit counts, country, referrer domain, and the day of the visit. To dedupe repeated refreshes, KinkPerf creates a daily hash from request signals such as IP address and user agent plus a server-side secret.

Raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, full referrer URLs, and dedupe hashes are not shown in owner or admin dashboards. Owner-facing analytics are shown only for account-owned shared lists.

Cookies And Analytics

KinkPerf uses essential cookies and browser storage for sessions, CSRF protection, anonymous draft continuity, and interface preferences. KinkPerf also uses Google Analytics and Matomo for optional aggregate site analytics, with a cookie banner shown in regions where consent is required before those analytics scripts load.

Exports

When you generate a PNG export, KinkPerf may store that image so it can be reused instead of regenerated on every request. Export records may include the list slug, export fingerprint, object key, template version, file size, page count, and generation time.

Kink Requests And Admin Review

If you submit a kink request, KinkPerf stores the requested name, optional notes, and any optional contact text you provide. Admins can review users, lists, requests, metrics, export metadata, taxonomy versions, and audit logs to operate the service and manage taxonomy releases.

How Data Is Used

KinkPerf uses stored data to provide saved lists, account access, unlisted sharing, favourites, comparison, PNG export, owner analytics, spam and abuse prevention, security logging, admin operations, and service troubleshooting.

Sharing And Service Providers

KinkPerf shares list content with people who have the relevant unlisted link, and it may show list content during compare and export flows you choose to use. KinkPerf may disclose data when required by law, to protect the service, or to respond to abuse and security issues.

The app runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, including Workers, D1, and R2. Cloudflare processes request and stored service data as a hosting and infrastructure provider.

Your Choices

You can use KinkPerf without an account, create an account without an email address, avoid adding optional contact text to kink requests, and choose who receives your unlisted links. Account owners can edit, share, and delete their owned lists from My Lists, and signed-in users can remove favourited lists from their dashboard.

Anonymous saved lists are designed to be permanent and read-only. Do not save or share an anonymous list if you may later need to edit or delete it through an account.

Retention

Anonymous saved lists are retained indefinitely as part of the permanent-link promise. Account lists are retained until deleted by the owner or removed for operational, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons. Sessions expire over time. Aggregate metrics, export records, admin audit records, and provider logs may be retained as needed to run, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Security

KinkPerf uses password hashing, session cookies, CSRF protection, rate limiting, input validation, and access checks to protect accounts and list editing. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so keep your password and shared links private.

Adults Only

KinkPerf is intended for adults. Do not use the service if you are under 18 or under the age required to view adult sexual content where you live.

Privacy Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limits on certain personal information. KinkPerf will evaluate privacy requests according to applicable law and the product's permanent anonymous-link design.
