By using KinkPerf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. KinkPerf may update these Terms as the service changes.

Adult Service

KinkPerf is intended for adults and deals with sexual preference labels. You may use KinkPerf only if you are at least 18 and old enough to view adult sexual content where you live. Do not use KinkPerf to involve, describe, identify, or target minors.

What KinkPerf Provides

KinkPerf lets you create, save, share, compare, export, and manage kinklists. The service is a preference-listing tool. It is not a consent contract, dating service, safety guarantee, legal tool, medical advice, or professional advice.

Accounts

You may create an account with a username and password. Keep your login information secure. Email is optional, but if you add one it may be used as an alternate sign-in identifier.

You are responsible for activity under your account. KinkPerf may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or abuse the service.

Lists, Links, Compare, And Export

Anonymous saved lists are permanent and read-only. Account-owned lists are editable by their owner. Shared list URLs are unlisted, not public directory entries. Anyone with the link may be able to view the shared list, so treat links as private invitations.

Compare and PNG export features use the list content available to the links or account selections you provide. Do not compare, export, publish, or redistribute someone else's list in a way that violates their privacy or consent.

Your Content

You remain responsible for the titles, ratings, kink requests, notes, contact text, and other content you submit. You grant KinkPerf permission to store, process, display, compare, export, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, exploitative, threatening, defamatory, spammy, or that exposes someone else's private information without permission.

Content And Conduct

Do not use KinkPerf to harass others, publish someone else's private information, attempt to access accounts or admin areas without permission, scrape or enumerate unlisted links, bypass rate limits or security controls, upload malware, overload the service, or interfere with other users.

Admin And Moderation

KinkPerf admins may review operational data, lists, accounts, kink requests, metrics, exports, taxonomy versions, and audit logs to run the service, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, and maintain the taxonomy. KinkPerf may remove content or restrict access when needed for safety, security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Service Content

KinkPerf's interface, taxonomy structure, rating labels, code, design, and generated service assets belong to KinkPerf or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the service outside the permissions provided by normal use of the app.

Availability

KinkPerf is provided as-is. Features may change over time, and service availability is not guaranteed. KinkPerf may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service.

Disclaimers And Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KinkPerf disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. KinkPerf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what KinkPerf stores and how the service handles list, account, metrics, export, and admin data. By using KinkPerf, you also agree to the privacy practices described there.
